Stylus 5S for Ortofon OM/OMP 5S
The original spherical Stylus 5S was intended for the Ortofon OM/OMP 5S, but will work just as well in any other relevant cartridge body mentioned on this page. It tracks at 1,5g - 2,0g and best at 1.75g. We do not offer the original, but our aftermarket replacements are all of high quality. If you want the best possible replacement, we recommend the JICO.

Stylus 5E for Ortofon (Super) OM-5E
The elliptical Stylus 5E is intended for the Ortofon OM/OMP 5E and Super OM 5E. We offer the original that tracks at 1,5g - 2,0g, with 1,75g as the recommended optimum. Note that our Black diamond aftermarket replacement deviates slightly from the original spec and tracks best at 1,75g - 2,0g.

Special Styli for Ortofon OM 5 variants
The Stylus 78 allows your OM 5 variant to be used for the playback of 78 RPM mono records. It has a spherical tip with a radius of 65 micrometer and works best at a tracking force of 2,0g +/- 0,25g. Note that the p-mount standard stipulates a tracking force og 1,25g +/- 0,25g and that the Stylus 78 therefore works best in the LM, OM, OMB, and Concorde variants. The AN2091 Black Diamond DJ-E replacement is a nude elliptical replacement with a sturdy cantilever that tracks best at 2.5 - 3.0g. You can use it if you want to use your OM 5 variant in a pro-like setting.
