This is a bonded 0.4 x 0.7 mil elliptical stylus on an aluminium cantilever. The stylus will fit in any ATP-1, 2 or 3 body. The recommended vertical tracking force is 3 - 5 gram and the output voltage is 5.3 mV.

Audio Technica ATP-N3 Stylus
The Audio Technica ATP-N3 replacement needles are no longer available, but you can use ATP-N2 or ATP-N1 instead. ATP-N3 was a nude elliptical stylus. The closest replacement is the bonded elliptical ATP-N2 stylus.

The Audio Technica ATP-series was produced from 2005 to 2010 and the Audio Technica ATP-2 with bonded elliptical stylus was pre-mounted on the Audio Technica PL120 turntable.
The series consisted of Audio Technica ATP-1 with a conical stylus, ATP-2 with an bonded elliptical stylus and ATP-3 with a nude elliptical stylus.
The cartridge body for these styli was the same hence they are interchangeable. ATPN-3 with nude elliptical stylus is out of stock but the original spherical Audio Technica ATPN-1 and the original bonded elliptical Audio Technica ATPN-2 are still available.
Please notice that the Audio Technica ATP-4, ATP-5, ATP-6 and ATP8 needles will not fit the cartridge body of an Audio Technica ATP-1-3.
