ND-250G styli are the replacement styli for the Sony XL-250G cartridge. The original stylus was a spherical (conical) diamond stylus with a recommended tracking force of 1,0g - 1,5g (1,25g optimum).
The XL-250G / ND-250G was fitted as standard on a wide selection of Sony record players. These include for example PS-LX55 mkII, PS-LX310 / PS-LX310C, PS-LX410 / PS-LX410C, PS-LX500, PS-LX510, PS-LX520, PS-FL7, PS-FL77, PS-FL99.
Fortunately it's popularity means these cartridges are still widely in use and several options for replacement styli are available still.
The Nude elliptical stylus (ND-250E) can be used interchangeably as an upgrade option for ND-250G.
