The National/Technics EPC-206C cartridge is essentially an EPS-207 with stylus guard. It was factory mounted to a number of Technics turntables like, e.g., the Technics SL-5200. The original cartridge probably only existed in the elliptical EPC-206C variant using the EPS-206ED stylus. If you use our spherical replacement, however, it will behave like an EPS-206C or EPS-206SD and turn the cartridge into a spherical variant. Note that any stylus for the EPC-205C and EPC-207C families will also fit - as will the EPS-50, EPS-51, and EPS-54.
