The Blue Point Special EVO III Low is an open-body moving coil cartridge that offers a sense of spatial awareness you would normally spend much more to achieve. The Sumiko  cartridge has an overall rich, textured & tonally balanced reproduction with startling realism. 

For those who do not have  a MC-capable phono section we offer the Blue Point Special EVO III High. The Sumiko Blue Point Special EVO III Low however, expands on what the high output version is capable of, offering true moving coil soundstaging that’s near impossible to find elsewhere for your money.

Sumiko Blue Point Special EVO III Low has the universal ½”-mount and threaded inserts in the cartridge body, which enable the cartridge to be mounted to the headshell with just two screws.
